4 Ways to Stop Ticking Of Aging Clock

Once women move past their late teen years and early twenties, aging becomes a serious concern, but there are so many anti aging treatments out there! It gets confusing when you want to start using products for aging skin, and most of them just don’t work. Well, I’m here to tell you there are some ways you can stop – or at least slow down – the process of aging.

#1 Make Homemade Treatments!

One of the best ways to combat sagging, wrinkly, dehydrated skin is to rehydrate your skin and perk it up with some homemade scrubs, face masks, and creams. You’re going to find you love your skin after you use wholesome ingredients on it. Take a look at a few of these recipes to help you get started!

Apple Chia Honey Scrub

  • ½ Cup Green Apple, Minced
  • 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey

To make this scrub, chop the green apple in a food processor until it’s nice and fine, and then add the chia seeds. Mix in the honey and use it like you would a store-bought scrub. Just make sure you rinse thoroughly.

Rehydrating Cucumber Aloe Cream

  • ½ Cup Greek Yogurt, Plain (Preferably Organic)
  • ¼ Cup Minced Cucumber
  • ¼ Cup Fresh Aloe Flesh, Chopped
  • ½ Lemon, Juiced

Mince the cucumber and the aloe together in a food processor and then add the remaining ingredients. Give it a few pulses and then spread this over your face for half an hour.

#2 Sesame Oil

All-natural approaches are usually best for handling aging, and sesame oil is one of the best ones to use on your skin. However, you don’t have to slather it on and walk around like a greasy stick the rest of the day. Just put some sesame oil on your skin for fifteen minutes before you shower, and then shower as usual. The sesame oil attaches to the dead skin cells and pulls them off your body, acting as a gentle exfoliator that won’t damage your skin.

#3 Don’t Forget Your Hands!

The next time you make a scrub or a mask for your face, use it on your hands, too! The hands show a lot aging because they go through just as much as your face does every day, maybe even more. They are dunked in chemicals, soaps, and constantly being exposed to either the hot or cold weather. Scrubs on your hands remove the dead skin cells and makes them look much more youthful and vibrant.

#4 Whiten Your Teeth

Having stained, yellow teeth really show your age, but you don’t have to use those damaging toothpastes and strips to whiten your teeth. Fruits that are high in malic acid will help break down the stains on your teeth without breaking down your tooth enamel. Some common ones are grapes, apples, and strawberries.

If you’re not into eating fruit, why not try making homemade whitening toothpaste with healthy ingredients? Add two tablespoons of baking soda to an equal amount of coconut oil, and then add a few drops of peppermint, lemon, or orange extract to it and mix it up. Most people think baking soda is very abrasive, but it’s actually quite soft and good for your teeth!

Aging doesn’t have to be noticeable with if you use an anti aging cream like Illumaneau. Plus, you’re going to smell delicious when you use all these fruits and foods to make your body glow like it did when you were young!
